years from harvest, in accord with regulations.
Sensory profile : This is a wine born to celebrate the 20th vintage of Mirum and it will be produced only once, in this exceptional year. It is a unique, multi-vintage blend that draws inspiration from 2018 with further complexity added from the judicious addition of older vintages 2010 – 2012 – 2015 – 2016. The result is a concentrated marriage of depth, power and balance, a worthy interpretation of this unique anniversary. Notes of caramelised apricots, passion fruit and toasted almonds on the nose introduce a palate with a perfect harmony of alcohol and acidity, tremendous intensity and rare persistence.
